1. How do I get pricing?
Easy Monument™ pricing is very simple. When you select your sign style and size in the design screen, your total cost will be displayed. This includes: your choice of colors, your text and graphics, mounting poles and adhesive. Even freight is included!
2. How do I order?
Just follow the steps on the design screen…basically design your sign, and click “purchase”. Simple provide your credit card information. All payments are processed thru PayPal for your security.
3. How fast can I get a sign?
Monuments signs typically ship within 3 weeks of date of order.
4. Can I do the lettering myself?
Yes. When submitting your order, include the word “Blank” on a single text line. Any glue-on acrylic letters are acceptable. You can find acrylic letters from many sources, including www.geminisignletters.com. Do not use heavy cast letters.
5. What colors are available?
Select from dozens of colors in the pull down menus on design screen.
6. What if I need a special color?
If can’t find the color you need in the pull down menu, you can select the closest color from the pull down and paint the sign yourself using a high quality, acrylic house paint.
7. Installation Instructions
Installation is simple and is very similar to the installation of a post and panel sign. Your Easy Monument™ is simply supported by two metal poles that are inserted into openings in the bottom of your Easy Monument™ leaving a length of the pole projecting from the sign. These poles are then positioned in post holes and anchored with concrete.

8. How will my Easy Monument™ be shipped?
Easy Monuments™ typically ship via a common carrier. Your monument will be packaged in a way to minimize the possibility of damage.
Since most damage that occurs in shipping results from the product being moved by a forklift, Easy Monument™ packaging is designed so that your monument can’t be moved by a forklift; it must be moved by hand. This design has resulted in a successful delivery rate approaching 100%! And because Easy Monuments™ are so lightweight, they are easily unloaded at your location without a loading dock.
9. How long do they last?
All the components of your Easy Monument™ hold up extremely well in the elements and a sign life of 40 plus years is well within expectation.
10. What are the components of Easy Monument™ Monument?
Easy Monument™ Monuments are composed of three primary materials.
• The core is polystyrene. Our polystyrene will not deteriorate and will not support mold or mildew growth and is insect resistant.
• The polystyrene is protected with tough urethane elastomer, called Armor-Coat™,  similar to the material used in car bumpers.
• The final layer is our textured acrylic finish, the same product that has been used successfully on the exteriors of commercial buildings since the 1960’s.

11. About a warranty?
Easy Monuments™ come with a one year limited warranty, the standard in the sign industry.
12. What kind of wind loads can Easy Monuments™ withstand?
All designs can withstand wind loads in excess of 110 mph. 3 SCH 40 poles meet the wind load requirements in almost all cases. Your order will be reviewed for wind loads in your location. If heavier poles are required, they will be shipped with your order at no extra charge.
13. How do I clean my sign?
Easy Monument™ signs are easy to clean. Most dirt can simply be rinsed off with a garden hose. Stubborn dirt can be removed with a mild household detergent diluted with water and a soft bristled brush. Signs in damp, shaded areas may develop mold and mildew over time. A simple solution of one part bleach to three parts water will usually remove the growth. Always pre-wet the sign surface prior to applying the bleach solution and do not allow it to stand on the sign for a prolonged period prior rinsing. Always wear safety goggles, gloves and protective clothing when using a bleach solution.
14. Can a sign be repaired?
Slight scratches and “dings” may be repaired by applying touch-up finish. A small can of touch-up is provided with each sign. “Dab” on with a sponge or your finger. Do not brush. If the sign needs to be repainted at some point in the future, use only high quality 100% pure acrylic paint. It can be sprayed, brushed, or rolled on.
15. What about vandalism?.
Vandalism can generally be divided into two types: paint and physical abuse. While just about every sign and building material out there can be defaced with spray paint, the good news is Easy Monuments™ can be easily repainted in place, using high quality latex house paint.
On the physical abuse side, Easy Monuments™ are manufactured to exceed the impact requirements that are typically specified for a commercial building. If the commercial buildings in a given area are not falling victim to vandalism, wouldn’t it be reasonable to assume that the signs would be equally safe. And because Easy Monuments™ looks like masonry, vandals move on to easier targets and leave your sign alone.
16. What if it gets hit by a car?
Like most signs, a direct impact from a car will cause serious damage.
The good news is, that because the materials used in manufacturing your Easy Monument™ are energy absorbing, the cars occupants are more likely to walk away from the accident.
Signs can be replaced. People can’t.
17. Can monument signs be moved?
While in reality monuments are almost never moved, moving an Easy Monument™ is fairly simple. Just cut thru the existing poles at grade level and reinstall on slightly smaller poles.
18. How much does an Easy Monument™ weigh?
Because of the special combination of materials used, Easy Monuments™ are incredibly light. The largest of the signs weigh only a few hundred pounds making unloading and installation very easy.
