Be sure that your sign project is compliant with all applicable zoning regulations and that you have any necessary permits. Your local municipality is the place to contact to find out the specific requirements for your area.
Engineering considerations
Your Easy Monument™ comes complete with poles sized to meet the wind loads for the area the sign is being shipped to. You will need to determine the size of the post hole.
Below are guidelines to use in determining you post-hole size.
Soil conditions are an important factor in any foundation design. Obviously it is impossible to predict the specific soil conditions in a given location.
It's always advisable consult with an engineer before proceeding. You may contact an engineer in your area or call a firm specializing in sign engineering such as Structural Technology Consultants, LLC at 800-681-8106

First check the map for wind speeds for your sign location.
Next determine the the post hole diameter and depth based on the width of the your sign and the wind speed where it will be located.
